Glasgow Cathedral

Standing magnificently next to Saint Mungo’s Museum of Religious Life and Art is Glasgow’s own cathedral. Patron Saint of Glasgow, St Mungo has his tomb in the lower church of the cathedral. The original reconstructed cathedral dates back to the 13th century period.

Merchant Square

Merchant Square is a trendy hub set in the heart of the Merchant city.  A sheltered courtyard offers a selection of 9 pubs and restaurants. Guests can sit within the bars or restaurants or enjoy the airy continental feel of the courtyard.

The Provand’s Lordship

Provand’s Lordship is a medieval house situated opposite Saint Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art. Sir William Burrell  gifted the seventeenth century furniture on the first floor . More of Sir William Burrell’s collections can be appreciated in Pollok Park in the Southside of Glasgow.

Saint Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art

This museum aims to promote an understanding of different faiths and also of non belief. The museum has numerous galleries and exhibitions. At the end of your visit browse through the gift shop for souvenirs.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse was designed by Glasgow’s celebrated Charles Rennie Mackintosh. The interior is a testimony to his works and includes scale models of his architectural genius and furnishings that he also designed. Extending over 6 floors with the top floor offering panoramic views of Glasgow. A rooftop café/bar and gift shop can be found at the top.

SEC / The SSE Hydro

SEC  hosts events, exhibitions, and conferences whilst the SSE Hydro plays host to world class musicians, theatrical productions, comedians and sporting events.

Riverside Museum of Transport

Free entry to this museum encapsulating the history of transport through exhibits both old and new and state-of-the-art interactive displays. Ultra modern building with the Tall Ship outside to be explored. A fun day out for all the family.

Gallery of Modern Art

Located in the heart of Glasgow the GoMA boasts 4 galleries, a cafe, shop and a library. Entry is free. The GoMA is the main gallery of contemporary art in Glasgow and offers exhibitions, workshops and a place to gather.

Glasgow Science Centre

The Glasgow Science Centre is the place to discover, investigate and amuse yourself with various interactive exhibits, science exhibitions, explore the planetarium and watch the newest film releases on the IMAX cinema screen.
