At Brutti Ma Buoni authenticity is an integral part of our ethos, and so our food is freshly prepared to order on our premises. Many of our dishes are so in demand, we’ve been serving them for 20 years. Our restaurant/bar offers an eclectic mix of delicious Scottish and Mediterranean food in a laid-back setting with friendly staff.
Our speciality “Brutti Bread”, our slant on pizza, is individually hand-crafted with a fresh Italian dough, flatbread base. With more than five tantalising topping combinations to opt for, we’re certain you’ll find one to tempt you.
Our restaurant is famous for its ‘Wee Plates’which is a quirky twist on tapas, with the menu boasting a medley of Glaswegian and Mediterranean dishes. From king prawns and chickpea stew to black pudding and haggis!
Our menu also offers an assortment of ‘Large Plates’ to choose from. We’re the only restaurant that prepares beer battered fish and chips using fresh, mouthwatering smoked haddock. With a large selection of ‘Spaghetti’ to choose from, our most popular is our exclusive ‘Fergusoni’, which combines king prawns, fresh chilli, rocket, spinach and parmesan.
All of our burgers are quirky and are served in a crisp Scottish Morning Roll, so there’s a delightful crunch when you take a bite of the burger. Brutti Ma Buoni is proud to offer the best value, tasty flat iron steaks in the Merchant City. We’ll cook it how you like, blue or cremated.
