All rooms are easily accessed by using the stairs or the elevator.
While booking or checking in, a pre-authorisation will be made from the credit card details you provide. This is to ensure payment outwith our cancellation policy, non arrival, additional costs incurred during your stay/damages/telephone/breach of smoking policy etc.
We have in place a 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, no show or early departure, the hotel must be informed before 11am, 2 days prior to this. Failure to provide enough notice will lead to the full amount of your stay being charged to the guest’s credit/debit card.
Check in is from 3.00pm. Check out is by 11am. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to charge for an additional night. Any request to alter these check in/check out times must be requested in advance.
Any charges incurred for damage to hotel property or for loss of keys must be settled at reception prior to departure.
We reserve the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if the management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink, drugs; is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner. The hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner. No refund will be given to any guest that is asked to leave in any of the aforementioned reasons.
The hotel shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an act of God. The use of the room’s safe is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury that they may cause at the hotel.
No pets allowed accept guide dogs.
Our official website is the only booking platform where the best rates are guaranteed. Bookings can be made online or by telephone. Should you find that your preferred dates are not available through our online system, please phone the hotel to access real-time availability. You can pay a deposit for your room should you wish to but it is not essential to secure a booking. We accept cash in sterling (GBP), all major debit and credit cards.
We operate a strict no smoking policy including the use of e-cigarettes . If a guest smokes in their room a charge of £50 per room will be made to their credit/debit card in order to fumigate the room(s).
Telephones are charged at 20p + VAT per unit for local calls. All charges are to be paid before your departure.
