The Brunswick Hotel - Terms and conditions ------------------------------------------ MAKING A BOOKING ===================================================== As competitive hotel prices have been negotiated, full payment is required on arrival. Once we have your booking instructions. We will send you confirmation of your booking by e-mail, fax or mail depending how your booking is processed. The confirmation is our acceptance of your booking and a legally binding contract will then exist between us. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cater for any requests. MULTIPLE BOOKINGS (OVER 5 ROOMS) ===================================================== A deposit of 20.00GBP per room is required to guarantee the reservation. We do not accommodate parties on 18th Birthday, 'Hen' or 'Stag' Nights at the hotel. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ===================================================== The client assumes responsibilities for any damage caused by him/her, any guest or persons working on their behalf or associated person, undertakes to make good or pay restitution for the making good of any materials damaged to furniture, the building fabric or equipment howsoever caused either caused by setup, dismantling of equipment or general conduct of any associated person during their event or stay. OUR PRICE GUARANTEE ===================================================== A full price will be given before you confirm your booking which you may accept or not. We guarantee that we will not change the price of your booking once we have accepted your booking. It may be necessary to change your VAT where there is a change in the applicability or the rate, over which we have no control. RATES FOR CHILDREN AND INFANTS ( sharing with adult ) ===================================================== 0-4 years old - 5.00GBP 5-11 years old - 50% of adult rate 12-15 years old - 75% of adult rate Over 15 years old - full rate CANCELLATION POLICY ===================================================== We recommend you take out insurance to cover you in the event of the need to cancel your booking. It is our policy to charge in full for all bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before mid-day prior to your arrival or pay for one night's accommodation, due to the difficulties in re-letting rooms at short notice. Cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival - Refund of deposit. Cancellations 14 to 28 days prior to arrival - Deposit retained by hotel. Cancellations 7 to 13 days prior to arrival - First night's accommodation will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival - The hotel reserves the right to charge the full cost of the accommodation reserved.
